Performance Mine Mechanical is a Western Australian owned company operating Nationwide in Australia. The company was established in 2007 by Director Simon Pattison. PMM has over 30 years of extensive experience including Underground & Open Pit Mining, Lineboring, Major Rebuilds, Shaft Sink, Construction, Supervisor roles and Training.
The main aim for PMM is to provide quality, skilled and safety orientated labourers and staff to the mining industry. PMM is well known through the mining industry and is growing rapidly. Human Resource Management
As we are a family orientated company, we are connected to our employees and their families closely, this helps us better understand their needs and wants to ensure job satisfaction and proficient payroll services.
We have recently implemented a new accounting package for payroll and invoicing to further progress in Human Resources and accounting systems and move forward to become a first class contracting company.
We pay our team an hourly rate on a fortnightly basis and invoice clients as per their requirements and protocol.
